Michael got his start working in beauty and fashion. After graduating from FIT, his first job was launching Madonna Badger’s first agency, BadgerWay Advertising. Madonna, along with Frank Way mentored Michael first hand, while the three of them got their business up and running. Working for huge existing clients Calvin Klein, DKNY and London Fogg and also helping launch newcomers like Bobbi Brown and Hot Sox was a great experience. That experience in beauty and fashion would come in handy over the years as Michael worked for clients like Oil of Olay and Pantene, and went on to work for clients like Bayer Women’s Health where his work would win him over 30 industry awards.
